Enemed: Rainwater Overflow Detection System

Enemed required a system that alerts them via SMS should two outer reservoirs on their site begin to fill up with rainwater. The site in Luqa is where they store Jet Fuel. Enemed keeps extensive control over this environment and our system now plays its part in providing them with an extra layer of safety.

We teamed up with their technicians to come up with a solution using Cybertrak, our IoT platform. We installed two wall-mounted telemetry devices which were hooked up to a float switch inside the reservoir. Should the reservoir start to fill up to a more than required level, the system will send an SMS to the desired personnel for them to take action. The hardware used is ATEX standard, something which Enemed follow diligently and meticulously. 

We were also asked to monitor the server room in case of a power outage or an excursion of their temperature threshold. Using our same IoT platform and hardware along with some extra hardware such as a UPS and Temperature probe, the system will automatically alert them of power outages and temperatures spikes.
